The Tank (24 ch, MIDI, UAD Vocal Processing)

The Tank is a playback, MIDI and UAD vocal processing system intended for off stage arena level deployment.

The Tank features:

- 24 output channels of auto switching redundant playback
- 1 MIDI DIN I/O, 1USB MIDI I/O
- 4 Network MIDI connections
- 2 channels of UAD processing
- Works worldwide on any voltage / frequency with interchangable IEC power connections

The Tank requires 1x USB & 1 Network connection per laptop and 1x power connection.

The Tank can be hired with or without 2x Macbook Pro computers, MIDI controllers and expansion network cabling for stage MIDI use.

Where would I use this system?

The Tank is an appropriate playback system for an act or show which requires a 24 output channel count, UAD processing and MIDI connectivity but still needs a portable solution. It has been used in the past for quick turnaround live radio / television arena and stadium events where space for visiting equipment is very tight but still needing 16+ channels and Autotune for example, it would be suitable for all levels of show where the playback rack lives offstage, excelling for a support act on an arena run with a bus trailer size of transport or fly show as another example. The MOTU interfaces in use offer low-latency playback suitable for live instrument plugin hosting.

Expansion options -

- The Link system can offer 16 channels of UAD processing in the digital domain if more channels of UAD processing is required.
- The Wayne Tuney system can offer 2 channels of redundant UAD vocal processing.
- The Stage MIDI System can make use of the network MIDI ports to offer MIDI connectivity accross stage at 3+ different stations with the added benefit of PoE.
- The Tiny system can act as a redundant keys or instrument host if your show requires seperation between playback and live instrument hosting.
